Membership Milestones, September 2008

Valenti Builders, Inc. has completed the Grossinger Autoplex in Lincolnwood. This project required a renovation as well as an addition to the original site. The 18,200 square foot addition includes a partial basement and partial mezzanine. The addition also houses a new showroom, parts department and Quick Lube area. They also converted 20,500 square feet of vacant space into a new service area complete with 35 bays as well as an auto butler. The exterior of the building was replaced with a new metal panel system. Also, granite floor tiles and metal framing with a Renaissance stone façade were added to the Cadillac showroom. By working in two major phases, Valenti managed to finish this project while the building was occupied.
