Dr. Mark Federle of Marquette University will present How To Mitigate and Manage Risk on a Project to Builders Association members Tuesday, February 23 at the Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters Training Center in Elk Grove Village. This program will benefit both project managers and executives, as Dr. Federle will cover:

• Risk identification
• Risk allocation and transfer
• Surety and bonding
• Funding losses through insurance
• Importance of safety and health plans
