Legislators left Springfield without having voted on the Structural Work Act. The Builders Association wishes to thank companies that wrote legislators to help stop HB 2094 from coming to a vote on the floor of the House of Representatives.

The Illinois Works Coalition, which recommends a $34 billion capital project for the state, has received support from a number of legislators on both sides of the aisle. There is still a chance the capital bill can pass, but Illinois Works seeks your help to get the job done. Contact your legislator to make sure he or she is pushing to make this bill a reality.
