ABA ConsensusDOCS Forum

The American Bar Association Forum on Construction & Fall Meeting will take place at the Fairmont Hotel Sept. 11-12, 2008.  The purpose of this event is to allow those in the construction industry to know how ConsensusDOCS affects them. Winds of Change?: The ConsensusDOCS will feature a number of distinguished presenters, including:  

  • Steven G.M. Stein, Esq., of Builders Association member Stein Ray & Harris, LLP
  • J. William Ernstrom of Walsh Construction, who spoke on the ConsensusDOCS at the Builders Association Fall Meeting last year Sundt Construction Chairman and CEO
  • J. Doug Pruitt, Senior Vice President of the AGC, who will return to Chicago in December to speak at the Builders Association's Annual Meeting at The Drake Hotel

This is a great opportunity to learn more about ConsensusDOCS and how it has and will change construction.
