AGC of America's Employment Recovery Plan

In response to the serious disproportionate effect of the recession on the construction industry, the AGC of America has developed a comprehensive recovery plan for the industry entitled "Build Now for the Future: A Blueprint for Economic Change."  Commonsense incentives, tax credits and policy changes are outlined in the plan, and are designed to stimulate new private and public sector demand for construction.  The AGC considers these changes to be both critical and essential to the rebuilding, expanding and sustaining of the broader U.S. economy.
